Hi, I’m Dr. Tammy!
As a passionate educator and relationship coach with over two decades of experience, I’ve dedicated my life to empowering individuals to navigate their personal and professional journeys. My career began in 2000 as a special education teacher in the Cobb County [Georgia] School System, and since then, I’ve served as a teacher, school administrator, and district-level leader. Holding a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University, along with a Master of Public Administration from Augusta State University—where I was the first African American female to complete the program—I’ve always embraced challenges and turned them into opportunities for growth.
My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that everyone has the capacity to overcome obstacles and achieve their fullest potential. Through my podcast, In The Trenches with Dr. Tammy, I delve into life’s joys and challenges, discussing topics that many may be hesitant to share openly.
